In a world where emotions are literally stitched into hearts, the player takes on the role of Ivy, a quirky paramedic specializing in heart transplantation for the absurd and the eccentric. After an accident at a bizarre 'Emotional Heart Swap' festival, Ivy finds herself in possession of a heart with a chaotic personality and conflicting emotions. As she navigates through a series of wild encounters with persistent heart owners, including a heartbroken clown, a jilted scientist, and an ambitious influencer, each choice she makes influences not only the recipient of the heart but also the fate of Ivy’s own heart, which starts acting out in response to the adventures.
