Set in a bizarre and satirical alternate reality where hearts are literally traded like commodities, players assume the role of a heartbroker—a cynical, sharp-tongued individual navigating a world governed by love deals, heart heists, and emotional taxation. With each choice, players must decide which hearts to buy, sell, or keep, while contending with eccentric buyers, shady dealers, and the absurd laws of heart acquisition. As the protagonist makes decisions around their own heart's value and which bonds are worth keeping, they uncover secrets that could change the course of their existence—and perhaps the world. The narrative twists, filled with dark humor and sudden emotional weight, lead to multiple endings based on players' choices regarding love, loss, and the value of emotional connection.
