Whose Heart Is It, Anyway?

In a world where heart transplants are performed with otherworldly consequences, you play as Alex, an eccentric organ harvester who collects and 'recycles' hearts for a mysterious faction known as The Beatkeepers. As you navigate a quirky underworld of heart-themed cafés, shadowy auctions, and competitive heart markets, you’ll encounter a colorful cast of characters, each with their own story and motive for wanting a new heart. Your choices will dictate the connections you forge, the loyalties you betray, and the dramatic twists that unfurl as you try to uncover the grisly truth behind The Beatkeepers' ultimate plan. Will you play up the dark humor and manipulate others for your benefit, or will you craft genuine connections and stand up against the heartless elite?
