In a world where emotions manifest as sentient little creatures called Heartlings, players take on the role of a Heart Custodian—urban legends who collect and manage hearts from those who have lost them. Every heart reveals a story, often filled with humor and despair. The Custodian must navigate through the chaotic city of EmoTerra, emboldened by the quirky Heartlings they encounter. Players will face moral dilemmas, hilariously exaggerated scenarios, and the chance to mend or rupture hearts, all while evading the nefarious Anti-Heart Brigade.
