Whose Shadow is This, Anyway?

In a bustling metropolis where shadows can detach from their owners and take on lives of their own, you play as an underappreciated private detective named Sam Shade. Hired by a quirky cast of clients, you must navigate through a web of bizarre cases involving shadow impersonations, mistaken identities, and shadowy conspiracies. The story takes you through dimly lit alleyways, vibrant cafes, and even a shadowy art gallery where shadows are auctioned off to the highest bidder. With witty banter and the ability to interact with both characters and their mischievous shadows, you decide who to trust and how to solve each case, shaping the narrative through your choices.
