Whose Shadow Is This, Anyway?

You play as Sam, a down-on-their-luck private detective in a quirky town where shadows have minds of their own. As a new darkness looms, people begin to report their own shadows behaving erratically, leading to strange occurrences and a series of comedic misadventures. Your task is to solve the mystery behind these sentient shadows, interacting with a cast of eccentric characters ranging from an overzealous conspiracy theorist to a disillusioned ex-shadow who lost its owner. Use your detective skills and wit to uncover secrets, navigate bossy shadows, and maybe even make a few friends along the way. The fate of the shadows—and perhaps your own job—depends on your choices and clever problem-solving.
