Whose Shadow Is This, Anyway?

Set in a whimsical city where shadows possess their own personalities, players assume the role of Alex, a down-on-their-luck detective who discovers that people’s shadows have gone rogue, committing prankish acts and stirring up chaos. Travelers, shadow performers, and eccentric townsfolk add layers to the investigation. Players must navigate humorous dialogue choices, engage in absurd scenarios, and solve quirky mysteries, unraveling the shadows' motivations while managing their own. Interactions may lead to alliances or betrayals, and every decision affects Alex’s relationship with their own snarky shadow, who has its unique voice. Equipped with an arsenal of witty banter and observational skills, players must ultimately confront a shadowy villain who's learned to manipulate shadows into twisted schemes.
