In a world where stories write themselves, you play as an underappreciated scribe caught in the chaotic aftermath of an epic, mystical narrative gone awry. As plots twist unpredictably, characters begin breaking their narrative bounds, taking on personalities and agendas of their own. To restore order, you travel through various genres—from horror to romance, detective noir to high fantasy—using unique 'scribe powers' to manipulate the narrative, solve absurd puzzles, and contend with self-aware characters who are equally inclined to help or hinder you. Every decision you make shifts the storyline in sometimes hilarious, often unexpected ways, leading to multiple endings based on your choices.
