Whose Scribe Is It Anyway?

In a world where the written word has more power than the sword, you play as an aspiring scribe navigating the chaotic kingdom of Verbatia. Each player session represents a different court day, with characters ranging from scheming royalty to eccentric peasants, all competing to win favor through the most outrageous and engaging tales. Players must craft their stories using quirky prompts and unexpected twists dictated by fate—will you please the king, betray your friends, or pen a farcical tragedy? Your choices could lead to fame or utter disaster as you balance humor and drama to captivate the audience (and save your neck)!
