In a near-future world where emotions can be harvested and sold, players assume the role of Knox, a rebellious emotion collector who stumbles upon a black market heart-transplant operation. As Knox, you are given the ability to temporarily 'borrow' emotional states from others, giving you incredible powers in the game. However, the catch is that every emotion you use comes from someone who is still alive and unconsenting. You must navigate an underground society filled with deceit, heartbreak, and power struggles while trying to piece together the mystery of your missing heart, which has been unknowingly sold off. With each twist and turn, choices you make will have ramifications that affect the emotional landscape of those around you.
