Whose Heart is it Anyway?

In a bizarre world where organ trading is the norm, players assume the role of a slightly psychotic heart broker named Dex. After accidentally receiving the heart of an infamous criminal during a heart swap gone wrong, Dex must navigate a tangled web of underworld figures, eccentric buyers, and absurd challenges to keep the heart safe and discover its secrets. Players make choices that affect the outcome of the vibrant and twisted story, trying to cooperate with a motley crew of characters ranging from a neurotic cardio-surgeon to a rebellious heart who talks back, all while avoiding the attention of the law. Will you uncover the heart's past, make a lucrative trade, or just end up with a collection of strange organs?
