Whose Heart is it Anyway?

Step into the shoes of Alex, a witty heart-transplant surgeon with a secret: every heart he operates on has a story. When Alex discovers that the heart he just transplanted belonged to a renowned detective who was mixed up in a web of high-stakes heists and family feuds, he begins receiving mysterious messages from the late detective, relaying clues about unfinished business. Players navigate through a rich tapestry of drama, danger, and dark humor as they must piece together the clues, solve the mystery, and decide whether to reveal the truth or keep it buried—all while facing quirky patients, bizarre hospital politics, and a love interest that scrambles everything. Your choices will shape the narrative, leading to multiple endings that explore themes of identity, morality, and what it truly means to 'own' a heart.
