Whose Heart Is It Anyway?

Step into the shoes of Sam Heartstrings, a mid-level heart surgeon who specializes in the black market trade of hearts. In a city where emotional connections are currency, you must navigate a web of graft, unethical deals, and absurd encounters. As you play, you'll choose from a series of morally ambiguous situations, deciding whose heart to steal next or whether to reclaim a heart you once sold. Each heart has its own backstory, and your choices will shape Sam’s path, leading to a variety of hilariously dark outcomes. Can you collect all the hearts while keeping your sanity—and your own heart—intact?
