Whose Heart Is It Anyway?

In 'Whose Heart Is It Anyway?', you step into the shoes of Ash, a disgraced surgeon who inexplicably finds themselves in a surreal hospital where patients are mysteriously swapped with others' hearts. As Ash navigates through the wards, they must confront patients with alien personalities, each possessing secrets that could unravel a larger conspiracy. Armed with only a pen (and a twisted sense of humor), players will make critical choices that impact not just their fate but also the identities of those around them. With every heart you encounter, each twist and turn of the narrative reveals deeper connections and darker truths about love, betrayal, and what it means to truly live. The choices you make will determine who gets to keep their heart—and who ends up heartbroken.
