Whose Heart Is It Anyway?

Step into the shoes of Max Harrow, a young cardiac surgeon who suddenly finds himself in a morally ambiguous world where hearts (both literal and metaphorical) are traded like commodities. After a mysterious transaction goes wrong, Max must navigate the intense and often surreal consequences of his decision as he attempts to retrieve his own heart, which has been implanted into a powerful crime lord.
