Whose Heart Is It Anyway?

In a dystopian world where body harvesting has become a twisted form of art, players assume the role of a disgraced surgeon who has just discovered a black market for hearts. As they navigate through a series of morally ambiguous decisions, they must decide whether to reclaim their own heart stolen by a wealthy collector or to help a bizarre cast of characters reclaim their stolen hearts for their own purposes.
