Whose Heart Is It Anyway?

In 'Whose Heart Is It Anyway?', players step into the shoes of Alex, a medical intern in a dystopian near-future where organ donation is authorized only under dramatic circumstances—such as challenges or life-threatening competitions. As Alex navigates a morally gray world, they must make life-altering choices while participating in high-stakes tests that pit patients against one another for the right to live. With each challenge, you'll learn more about the characters, their pasts, and the dark forces manipulating them. Will you help your fellow competitors or sabotage them to save yourself? The consequences are as real as the beating heart in your hand.
