After a routine operation goes awry, Alex finds themselves facing a supernatural tribunal: the Committee of Lost Hearts, who want to reclaim the hearts once 'borrowed' from the living. With each patient’s heart holding a secret, you must navigate through absurd trials, comical characters, and unexpected plot twists while trying to uncover the truth about the patients' fates, prove your worth, and reclaim your own sanity.
