Whose Heart is It Anyway?

In a world where organ donors are a new form of entertainment, players assume the role of Caspian, a snarky heart thief who has one last job to pull off. After mistakenly stealing the heart from the wrong person, Caspian finds himself entangled in a convoluted mix of rival organ syndicates, eccentric medical professionals, and bizarre heist plans. The player must navigate through outrageous conversations and morally ambiguous choices to decide whether to keep the heart for themselves, return it, or even sell it for the highest bidder. All while managing a quirky, limited supply of hearts that alter the character's abilities, leading to several wild interactions and endings.
