To avoid a massive legal disaster, you must navigate through the absurd world of local healthcare politics, retrieve the donor heart, and battle eccentric characters like a health-obsessed conspiracy theorist and a wannabe influencer with a TikTok following in the medical space. As you unravel the comedic chaos of the situation, you'll make choices that affect the outcomes of not just your life, but the lives of your patients and the fabric of healthcare itself. Will you turn this surgical blunder into a viral sensation or save the day in a mildly disastrous way?
