Whose Heart Is It Anyway?

Step into the shoes of Vinnie, a hapless heart transplant surgeon who accidentally mishandles a critical organ swap during a black-market operation. Now, he finds himself entangled in a web of absurd situations as he hunts down the misplaced hearts of some of the most eccentric (and dangerous) characters in the city's underbelly. Each choice leads to hilarious and dramatic encounters, where the moral decay of society meets the absurdity of Vinnie's clumsy heroics. Can he piece together the patients' stories to return the hearts to their rightful owners, or will he be forced to keep one for himself?
