Whose Heart Is It Anyway?

In a world where organ donations are auctioned to the highest bidder, you play as Reggie, a down-on-their-luck organ merchant who unwittingly finds themselves in possession of a magical heart that grants wishes. As Reggie navigates the twisted underground of body-part trade, you must make choices that affect the fates of the people you meet—some are worth saving, others not so much. Will you harness the heart's powers to help, or will you succumb to greed and chaos? The game blends humor with ethical dilemmas as Reggie weaves through absurd scenarios, paranoid clients, and unforeseen consequences. Your decisions will not only determine your own fate but steer the course of the bizarre society around you.
