Whose Heart is it Anyway?

Step into the shoes of Kai, a sarcastic heart-transplant surgeon with a flair for drama and a penchant for making questionable life choices. After a catastrophic mix-up in the operating room, Kai finds themselves in a surreal scenario where they have to navigate the emotions and lives of their patients, all of whom are linked to the heart that was mistakenly reconstructed. As Kai interacts with these characters, they must uncover the truth behind the heart’s history, make difficult moral decisions, and ultimately determine whose heart it really is. With each choice altering the storyline, players will grapple with themes of identity, love, and redemption in an elegantly absurd world where hearts have a mind of their own.
