Whose Heart is it Anyway?

In a not-so-distant future where body organ harvesting is rampant, you play as Alex, a skilled 'Organ Thief' with a twinkle in their eye and a knack for dramatic plot twists. After waking up in an underground organ market with no memory, you discover that your heart has been replaced with a low-grade, malfunctioning one. As you race against time to reclaim your real heart, players navigate a web of deceit among rival organ traffickers, eccentric doctors, and desperate patients. Each choice influences your character’s emotional state and determines alliances, enemies, and ultimately, the fate of your heart. Will you sacrifice yourself for someone's survival? Or will you choose to sabotage the organ trade altogether in a grand, heartfelt twist that nobody saw coming?
