Whose Heart Is It Anyway?

In 'Whose Heart Is It Anyway?', you play as an underachieving med-school dropout named Alex, who finds themselves unwittingly thrust into the world of supernatural organ trading. After a wild night involving a mysterious ritual gone wrong, Alex gains the ability to hear the thoughts and emotions of various hearts that have been magically detached from their owners. As you navigate through morally ambiguous decisions and conduct whimsical negotiations with an eccentric cast of characters—including a snarky heartless detective, a melodramatic organ donor, and a talking heart with its own squabbles—you must uncover who truly deserves their heart back and what it means to truly care. Each choice will lead you deeper into a web of dark humor, twisted relationships, and unexpected alliances as you decide whose heart you’ll keep and whose you’ll give away.
