In a not-so-distant dystopian future, a secret organization has developed a technology that allows them to swap the hearts of individuals at will. Players take on the role of a disillusioned heart mechanic tasked with recovering stolen hearts from its corrupt clients. As they journey through a series of absurd, darkly comedic scenarios, players must make moral choices that affect not only their survival but also the fates of various characters they encounter.
