In a surreal, alternate reality where heart transplants are determined by moral challenges rather than medical criteria, players take on the role of Oliver, a disillusioned heart donor. As Oliver navigates an absurd series of legal battles, philosophical dilemmas, and bizarre contests of ethics with quirky characters, they must unravel the truth about their own heart's past while figuring out who truly deserves it.
