Whose Heart Is It Anyway?

In a world where people can donate and transplant hearts, players take the role of Dr. Quinn, a brilliant but eccentric heart surgeon who mysteriously loses one of her patients during surgery. As she grapples with the fallout, she discovers a black market for heart transactions, and the hearts might just be the key to unlocking hidden pasts. Players navigate complex moral choices, uncover each patient’s dramatic backstory, and piece together the puzzle of missing hearts, all while managing their quirky staff and dealing with an impatient hospital board.
