Whose Heart is It Anyway?

In this interactive text-based game, you play as a down-on-their-luck medical intern in a bizarre small town where hearts are literally swapped between people during their daily lives. As you navigate absurd scenarios involving unexpected heart transplants, townsfolk with radically different personalities, and an overzealous mayor insistent on turning the town’s Heart Exchange Program into a reality TV show, you must help your eccentric patients figure out who they truly are by reconnecting the right hearts. Your choices will impact the town's social dynamics while balancing quirky humor with deeper themes of identity and connection. Can you help them reclaim their lives, or will you inadvertently turn one of their realities into a horror show?
