Whose Heart Is It Anyway?

In a world where hearts are literal, a heart-swapping epidemic has taken over the city. You play as Jesse, a flippant heart broker who must navigate a chaotic underbelly of rogue organ thieves, heart-hungry cults, and eccentric aristocrats desperate to reclaim their lost loves. As you barter, steal, or negotiate for hearts, each choice eats away at your own morality. Can you find the true owner of each heart while keeping your own intact, or will you fall victim to the whims of a heart you didn’t choose? Along the way, collect humorous and tragic backstories of each heart to understand the emotional stakes behind the bargains. The choices you make will create a web of connections, deceit, and unexpected friendships that determine your fate—and the fate of all those who’ve lost their first love.
