Whose Heart Is It Anyway?

Step into the shoes of Novella, a sardonic medical intern in a futuristic world where organ donations are a spectator sport. After a bizarre accident during a live transplant performance, Novella wakes up to find her heart replaced with that of a mysterious patient. Haunted by fragmented memories and emotions that don't feel like her own, she embarks on a surreal journey through a twisted medical underworld, encountering eccentric characters, moral dilemmas, and puzzles that test her resolve. Each decision you make shapes the course of her story, making it as dramatic as it is darkly comedic.
