Whose Heart Is It Anyway?

In 'Whose Heart Is It Anyway?', you play as Dr. Lyla Heartstrings, an eccentric but brilliant cardiologist in a quirky hospital where patients’ hearts are literally sentient. Each day, you must navigate the chaotic ward filled with anthropomorphic hearts, each with their own desires and personalities. As you deal with medical cases, you also engage in darkly humorous dialogues and make ethical decisions that can affect the lives of your patients—who might just have a say in their own fate. Will you save the love-stricken heart longing to reunite with its owner, or facilitate an escape for the rebellious heart that wants to break free from its boring life? With each decision, you build relationships, unravel mysteries of the hospital, and even confront the titular question of who truly owns their heart. Your choices lead to dramatic and comedic outcomes, challenging the norm in a vibrant world of life, love, and laughter.
