Whose Heart is It Anyway?

Set in a near-future where hearts can be harvested and transplanted like commodities, you play as Alex, a talented and morally ambiguous heart surgeon. Each day, you make pivotal choices about who receives the hearts from recently deceased donors, dealing with the complicated emotions of grieving families, rival surgeons, and underground organ trades. The narrative unfolds based on your decisions, with outcomes that lead to ethical dilemmas, power struggles, and unexpected allies or betrayals. Can you navigate the world of corporate greed and personal conscience while trying to save lives? Or will you lose your own humanity in the process?
