Whose Heart Is It Anyway?

In a dystopian city where heart transplants are a daily occurrence, you play as a disgraced heart surgeon who becomes tangled in a web of organ trafficking, political intrigue, and absurdity. As you navigate through the city’s underbelly, you must make moral choices, explore the eccentric lives of your patients, and uncover the true identity of the mysterious benefactor funding the black market. Each decision you make reshapes the struggle for identity — is it the heart that defines us, or do our actions matter more? The game combines humor with thrilling storytelling in an interactive format where your choices impact not only your fate but also the fate of the patients depending on you.
