In a quirky and chaotic city where hearts are literally traded like commodities, players assume the role of a failed surgeon named Dr. Frank Heartthrob. After a botched heart transplant leaves him with a transplanted heart that isn't his own, Dr. Heartthrob has just 48 hours to find the original owner of his new heart. Each choice reshapes his bizarre adventure as he unravels a web of love, betrayal, and oddball characters, including rival heart merchants, amorous vampires, and a cult of heart-donating squirrels.
