Whose Heart is it Anyway?

In this audacious interactive text-based game, players assume the role of an unassuming organ transplant coordinator named Alex, who finds themselves amidst a bizarre and tangled web of patients, donors, and their families. Each decision you make influences not only the lives of your patients but also the hilariously absurd events that unfold as a result. As you navigate through a series of side-splitting and dramatic scenarios involving misunderstandings, mistaken identities, and quirky characters, you must also connect emotionally with patients’ backstories, making choices that reveal the true meaning of heart and sacrifice. Will you save lives, ignite romances, or lead to utter chaos? The heart may want what it wants, but it’s up to you to keep things beating.
