Whose Heart Is It, Anyway?

In a city plagued by political corruption and rampant chaos, players take on the role of Sam, a disgraced heart surgeon turned underground heart dealer. As Sam navigates the bizarre underbelly of organ trafficking, they must choose to ally with quirky characters, dodge insane bounty hunters, and solve satirical puzzles that reflect on morality, life choices, and societal norms. The objective: to track down the missing hearts of several prominent citizens while managing the whimsical fallout of their decisions. Every choice takes you deeper into a world where loyalty is currency, and sometimes, it’s hard to tell if you’re dealing with hearts or just plain bad blood.
