Whose Heart Is It, Anyway?

Step into the shoes of a somewhat morally dubious heart transplant surgeon who has stumbled upon a rather unusual phenomenon: the hearts they transplant inherit characteristics, memories, and quirks of their previous owners. Set in a bustling city where the line between life and death dances precariously, players must navigate a labyrinth of choices involving the transplant recipients—each with their own vivid backstories and eccentricities. As you operate under the buzzing fluorescent lights of the OR, you’ll encounter quirky patients, deal with oddball family secrets, and make choices that will determine who keeps their heart and who gets left out in the cold. Will you help reunite heart with owner? Or will you let the darkness of your conscience take the lead, all while keeping your own heart intact?
