Whose Heart Is It, Anyway?

In a quirky yet bizarre city, you play as an unassuming heart-transplant surgeon who finds themselves in a surreal competition for the 'Best Heart.' When a rogue organ-broker accidentally swaps hearts between five eccentric individuals, you must team up with a group of misfits, each with their own darkly comedic backstory, to track down the rightful hearts before the next full moon. Your choices shape the absurd narrative, as you navigate through shadowy underground hospitals, dodge love-crazed patients, and engage in hilarious heart-heist missions. Each character's heart leads to enigmas only they can solve, and the final reveal will leave everyone questioning, ‘What’s the real heart of the matter?’
