Whose Heart Is It, Anyway?

In a bustling, futuristic city where organ transplants have become the hottest black market commodity, you play as Jax, an edgy heart-thief extraordinaire. The game begins with you locked in a passionate love affair with a patient in dire need of a heart transplant. When a heist on a rival dealer's vault goes awry, you accidentally steal the heart from a government official known for his powerful connections. As Jax, you must navigate a web of criminal syndicates, betrayed friends, and twisty moral dilemmas, making choices that will determine whether you can save your lover, secure your future, or lose the very essence of what makes you human. The narrative evolves based on your choices, leading to multiple storylines and endings based on the hearts you choose to protect (or betray).
