Whose Heart Is It, Anyway?

In a world where organ transplants are controlled by a shadowy underground market, you play as Alex Wells, a troubled organ donor who wakes up to find their heart stolen during a black-market procedure. You quickly discover that your heart, now implanted in a high-profile celebrity, possesses memories that reveal dark secrets about the transplant trade. As you navigate through a series of vivid encounters—interrogating criminals, engaging with desperate patients, and evading capture—the choices you make will determine who lives, who dies, and whether you can reclaim your own heart before it’s too late. With each interaction, unravel puzzles and forge alliances, but remember: trust is the most valuable organ of all.
