In a surreal, post-apocalyptic world where emotions are currency, players take on the role of Grit the Reluctant, a satirical 'Heart Broker' who has to navigate a network of quirky characters who have lost their hearts due to a bizarre epidemic. Players will barter, negotiate, and complete absurd tasks to help quirky clients reclaim their emotions, all while unraveling the darkly comedic conspiracy behind the epidemic.
