In a world where organ donors can temporarily transfer their feelings and memories to the recipients of their organs, you play as Casey, a snarky underground organ broker. One day, you stumble upon a heart that carries the emotional weight of a recently deceased artist. As you navigate through eccentric clients, absurd bureaucracies, and the dark underbelly of the organ trade, Casey must solve the mystery of the artist’s life and untangle the emotional chaos now swirling within them. Will you embrace the heart’s influence and risk losing your identity, or will you manipulate the people who cross your path for your gain? Every choice shapes your narrative, with humor and dread woven into the tapestry of your journey.
