Whose Heart Is It, Anyway?

Players step into the shoes of Dr. Lydia Voss, a quippy and underappreciated cardiac surgeon with a questionable moral compass. After a freak lightning storm strikes during a clandestine heart surgery, Lydia discovers she’s gained the ability to communicate with the hearts she operates on. Each heart has a unique personality and a dramatic backstory that unfolds in a series of equitably bizarre situations. As Lydia navigates through heart-wrenching choices—from helping a lovesick heart seek closure to unraveling a conspiracy involving a mobster patient—players must engage in witty dialogue, solve peculiar problems, and decide which heart to save (or torment) next. Their choices lead to multiple endings, where humor clashes with the dramatic fate of both the hearts and Lydia herself.
