In a world where heart transplants have become a twisted game for the wealthy elite, players take on the role of a heartless protagonist who wakes up in a bizarre surgery room after a failed transplant. With a hidden, stolen heart now inside their chest, players must navigate a series of increasingly ridiculous and macabre scenarios to uncover the heart's origin, manage relationships with eccentric donors, and find a way to reclaim their emotional identity.
