Whose Heart Is It, Anyway?

Step into the shoes of Alex, a quirky cardiologist who, thanks to a freak accident involving a rogue weather balloon and a mad scientist's experiment, finds themselves spontaneously swapping hearts with patients just as they are about to undergo surgery. As each heart brings new emotional baggage and secrets, Alex must navigate both the medical challenges and the personal dilemmas that come with each swap. Can you help your patients confront their pasts, resolve their issues, and ultimately restore your own heart—or risk losing it forever? In this drama-heavy interactive text adventure, your choices dictate the fates of both Alex and the patients they help.
