Whose Heart Is It, Anyway?

In 'Whose Heart Is It, Anyway?', you play as a morally ambiguous trauma surgeon named Dr. Lena Voss, who finds herself entangled in a gruesome mystery after a string of heart transplants lead to unsettling visions of the donors' past lives. As you navigate through a web of hospital politics, ethical dilemmas, and the personal lives of the organ donors and their families, each decision you make will either uncover the dark connections between the hearts and the souls they left behind or plunge you deeper into madness. Engage in dialogue trees, confront shocking revelations, and make life-or-death choices that will shape Lena's fate and determine whether she can retain her sanity or succumb to the haunting whispers of her patients' hearts.
