Set in a bizarre, supernatural realm where hearts have been extracted from their owners and are now 'available for negotiation,' players take on the role of a whimsical entity (think a mix between a lawyer and a love guru) tasked with returning these hearts to their rightful owners. As players navigate through the tangled emotions and dramatic backstories of each character, they must engage in absurd negotiations, solve riddles, and uncover hidden truths.
