Whose Heart Is It, Anyway?

Set in a quirky city where medical ethics are on a slippery slope, players take on the role of a witty and sardonic organ transport courier who accidentally receives an urgent delivery of a very special heart—one that doesn’t belong to any ordinary patient. As they navigate through a series of increasingly outrageous encounters with quirky characters, scandalous black markets, and unexpected allies, players must confront the moral implications of their choices while racing against time. The heart in question has a mysterious past, and engaging with it could change the lives of many, including the courier's own. Player decisions influence the twists and turns of each chapter, leading to multiple endings that reflect the heart's journey through love, sacrifice, and redemption.
