In a not-so-distant future, the world has decided emotions are too messy to handle. A corporation, HeartSync, has developed a device that allows individuals to 'borrow' emotions from others. You play as Jamie, a lowly emotion broker, tasked with helping clients navigate their complex emotional landscapes while managing your own rapidly-depleting heart supply. As you craft narratives with borrowed emotions, you must dodge emotional audits, avoid love rivals, and decide whether to keep your heart intact or risk it all for the right connection. Will you save your own heart or learn that emotions are meant to be felt, not rented?
